Guidance on telephone extortion PGJE

Oaxaca, Mexico -. The Attorney General of the State, through the expertise of the Specialized Crime Investigation Kidnapping, Unit staff conducted statewide, the "State Crime Prevention Workshop Extortion" which is given to different sectors of society, local authorities and civil society organizations, chambers of commerce, Rotary clubs and students in general.

This time the PGJE, provided this training to the students of the Universidad Anahuac, having as a result a lot of participation from the academic sector, while this orientation students received with great enthusiasm and interest.

The goal of this training will continue in the different regions of the state, is to guide attendees in how to act in case of a victim of this crime, through a preventive approach given that the measures are explained to be taken into account to avoid falling into the hands of organized crime.

The workshop was given by Ezequiel Nicolás Santiago and Reynaldo González Flores, the first expert from the Specialized Crime Investigation Kidnapping Unit, an instance of the Office of Attention to Crimes High Impact and the second Head of Participation Citizen of the Office of Victim Care, Restorative Justice and Community Services, both instances of the PGJE dependent.
